Our Room
So we were assigned rooms on level 32. Our rooms include free unlimited internet access, air conditioning, an LCD TV with satellite channels, luggage storage, a safety deposit box, a coffee or tea maker, a mini refrigerator, an iron, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer – which we believe are amenities provided by the majority of 5 star hotels.
You don’t have to worry about forgetting your toothbrush, towel, or soap because they’re all available inside the toilet. Each luggage storage unit comes with an iron and ironing board.
Location
The St. Giles Hotel Makati is situated in Poblacion, Makati, and is close to fast food establishments (some open 24 hours), cafes, malls (Century Mall, SM Jazz Mall), hypermarkets, ATMs, and other landmarks and attractions.
Hotel Facilities

We found the staff to be courteous and approachable. Their thoughtfulness and hospitality have consistently surpassed our expectations. Not to mention that they made certain that our room was cleaned every day.

My verdict
Before making a reservation, we always take the hotel’s location and reputation into account. St Giles Hotel Makati is conveniently located near several landmarks and attractions. Because of its convenient location, you can easily access the city’s must-see attractions. We don’t have to worry about finding food after returning to the hotel from our long daily tour. There are numerous convenience stores and eateries nearby, so food is easily accessible. By the way, it is near to my favourite restaurant, Kanto Breakfast.
In terms of reputation, the St Giles hotel chain has locations in major cities such as London, Sydney, and Kuala Lumpur, providing assurance that the hotel is indeed well-known. Even the concierge team was friendly and willing to assist you. Not to mention the housekeeping staff, who will ensure that rooms are cleaned and toiletries are replenished on a daily basis.
